Power, corruption, war, national interests, aggression – how can all these problems be solved? The heroes of this multidisciplinary performance are contemplating and covering these issues. The stories created by Dutch/Ukrainian theater Mime Wave reflect on Ukraine’s current state as well as changes in the country’s circumstances, through a combination of physical theater, animation and live music.

Mime Wave

Mime Wave is a Dutch-Ukrainian independent theater based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The theater is involved in international cultural cooperation, creating performances as well as organising the Mime Wave Festival, an international festival of physical theater and a platform for learning, cooperation, exchange of experience and presentation of shows for all those who are interested in physical and independent theater.
